Vendor KYP Process
Once the user logs in, a launchpad with all the available module is visible and then Click on Vendor Onboarding.

After clicking on Vendor Onboarding, the Vendor onboarding process page will open. Then click on the List of Vendors.
In the List of Customers module, verify that the “Initiate KYP” option is visible in the Action Menu for the customer.
On clicking “Initiate KYP”, the system displays the Initiate KYP popup allowing the user to enter the KYP details.
The Proceed button is enabled only after filling all required details and setting the attachment requirements as mandatory or optional, allowing the user to click and proceed.
After initiating the KYP by filling in the required details and clicking Proceed; after submission, a success message is displayed, the KYP status changes to “KYP registration is in process”, an email is sent to the vendor, and the record appears in the List of KYP Vendors.
After the vendor submits the KYP form, the KYP status in the customer login appears as 'Approval in Progress' in the List of KYP Vendors.
Clicking on the vendor code opens the vendor detail view, displaying the changes made by the vendor. The customer can then click the 'Take Action' button.
Clicking the 'Take Action' button opens a popup displaying the options: Approve, Reject, and Request for Revision, along with a comments section.
Selecting the 'Approve' option in the Take Action popup enables the 'OK' button, allowing the action to be confirmed.
For the 'Reject' and 'Request for Revision' options in the Take Action popup, the 'OK' button is enabled only after a comment is entered, ensuring a reason is provided. Once confirmed, an email is triggered to the respective vendor.
Clicking 'Approve' in the Take Action popup updates the workflow status to 'APPROVED' for the current level, shows the approver’s name and time, and moves the workflow to the next level, sending an email to the next approver.
After KYP is approved at all levels, the record is removed from the List of KYP Vendors, and the status in the List of Vendors changes to 'KYP Approved'.
In the vendor detail view, both updated and non-updated data are visible. Clicking the 'Sync to ERP' button at the bottom syncs the record to SAP, updating the vendor data in SAP.
After successful synchronization to ERP, the Customer ERP Sync Status turns green, indicating the sync was successful.
